California Supreme Court Protects PAGA CLAIMS fromĀ BEING STRUCK on "Manageability" Grounds1/18/2024
Today, the California Supreme Court settled a split of appellate court authority by concluding that trial courts in California do not have the authority to strike PAGA claims on manageability grounds, including based on class action manageability requirements.
