William (Bill) Jhaveri-Weeks is a litigator who handles a range of matters for individual and organizational clients, including commercial disputes and employment law claims for employees in class and individual actions. Prior to starting the firm in 2018, he was a partner at a preeminent Bay Area class action law firm. Before that, he practiced high-stakes commercial litigation at a corporate law firm in New York City and clerked for a federal appellate judge.
