Nov. 2, 2023 JWF Defeats Motions to Compel Arbitration in Five Additional Sexual Harassment Cases against Tesla. JWF defeated Tesla's motions to compel arbitration in five additional individual sexual harassment cases pending in Alameda County Superior Court. The Court found the agreements unconscionable. July 1, 2023 JWF Defeats Tesla's Appeal of Denial of Motion to Compel Arbitration.
