Ally Girouard is an associate at The Jhaveri-Weeks Firm, P.C. She is a civil litigator, with a focus on employment law. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Girouard was a fellow at Legal Aid at Work, where she provided direct legal services to low-income employees and assisted in wage and hour class actions. She continues to volunteer her time at Legal Aid at Work’s Workers’ Rights Clinic as a guest lecturer and supervisor attorney. Ms. Girouard is a member of the Executive Committee of the Bar Association of San Francisco's Barristers Labor & Employment Section. While in law school, Ms. Girouard externed for Justice Kathleen Banke of the First District of the California Court of Appeal and worked in-house at a networking and cybersecurity firm in Silicon Valley. In law school, she earned awards for the highest grade in several courses.
