Sarah Abraham is an associate at The Jhaveri-Weeks Firm, P.C. She is a civil litigator, with a focus on employment law. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Abraham was an Attorney Fellow at Community Legal Services in East Palo Alto, where she represented low-income employees in a range of employment matters, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage and hour cases. She also represented tenants in eviction proceedings. Previously, Ms. Abraham represented immigrants seeking legal status in the United States and advised individuals and advocates on international human rights laws, with a focus on women’s rights and immigrants’ rights.
