Jacqueline Crispino and Sarah Abraham have published an article in Law360 and Lexis Practical Guideline on recent amendments to California's Equal Pay Act and Pay Transparency Act. These amendments create new employer obligations with respect to pay for female and nonbinary employees. Employers who do not take steps to comply face exposure to claims under the revised law.
